When we started Nitro Snowboards over 30 years ago, there was no grand master plan. Just pure passion for snowboarding and many ideas for products. Being a privately owned company without obligations towards some anonymous investment company, we are putting the money that’s generated back into snowboarding. ^[6]

CAPiTA Snowboards are hand-crafted in Austria with 100% clean energy at our own manufacturing facility. ^[7]

ThirtyTwo, a snowboarding boots, apparel, and outerwear brand, was launched in 1995 by snowboarders and has been privately held since that time. ^[8]

Union Headquarters is located a quick 45 minute drive from the closest gondola. Living and working in the heart of the Italian Alps gives us the opportunity to test in the morning, be back in the office by lunch, adjust / modify designs by the end of the day. ^[9]

People generally don’t connect Amsterdam to snowboarding, but for close to two decades Dennis Dusseldorp and Danny Kiebert have ran Bataleon from the Dutch capital. Nidecker (aka Nidecker Group) is a family-owned Swiss snowboarding company based in Rolle, Switzerland. Nidecker was founded in Etoy, Switzerland, in 1887. They own and operate several snowboard product companies and brands including Flow, Jones, Nidecker, NOW and YES. ^[13]
